During the last day of La Cocina’s Week of Women in Food 2019, Fernay McPherson, San Francisco Chronical Rising Star Chef and owner of Minnie Soul’s Bell Movement, and Erin Wade, entrepreneur, restaurateur, and owner of Homeroom, worked together in creating a southern food style menu to celebrate the week of women in food industry! Menu consisted of mac and cheese, fried chicken, and even snow cones for dessert! It was definitely a night to remember filled with lots of warmth and laughter, which was a perfect way to end La Cocina’s Week of Women in Food 2019!
